A class that periodically modulates the pitch of an input signal.

A Vibrato filter takes the input sound and modulates the frequency of that sound with a repeating wave function LFO.

This is a value between 0 and 1 which indicates the unitless amount that the vibrato effect should affect the input signal by. A higher depth affects the signal more by producing more frequency modulation.
